The One Up Project empowers individuals to overcome challenges by cultivating a strong sense of self and honing the essential soft skills needed to propel them toward their utmost potential.

 

Our Endeavour award focuses both on group and one to one mentoring delivered across an intensive 8-week term. Group sessions offer students the opportunity to build relationships and teamwork whilst developing confidence by taking part in new activities. Each participant is also offered one to one support both in the classroom and when needed outside of it. A One Up Project facilitator becomes a direct point of contact who is embedded into the school providing support both to the students, teaching staff and wider school community.
